Colours & Concepts provides a service to builders throughout Ontario, to help their clients to choose finishes and options for their new home. We specialize in improving all aspects of a builder’s colour selection and upgrade program, regardless of whether they have a formal Design Centre. Colours & Concepts’ Program of Services includes: creating or improving Design Centre environments, analyzing option products and reorganizing and enhancing product offerings, creating procedures manuals, restructuring paperwork, forms and buyer communication, training for Design Consultants, staffing and ongoing management of Design Centres.

Colours & Concepts’ unique Program of Services is designed to improve builder’s profit margins, improve the image of the builder to one of integrity, honesty and quality, create more satisfied buyers and reduce costly mistakes. We will provide a fun, exciting and stress-free experience to the new homebuyer. We will help them realize their dreams of new home ownership. We will complete all projects in a timely manner to meet our client’s deadlines with less than a 1% error rate. We will always give our clients the best value for their money.
